In the run-up to this year’s instalment of Jay Z’s Made In America festival, the rapper’s Life + Times website spent some time with hip-hop golden boy Kendrick Lamar for this short documentary film.
Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul, Jay Rock, & ScHoolboy Q- On The Road, as the title suggest, focuses on Lamar and his Top Dawg Entertainment labelmates, as they discuss their origins and the current state of rap music.
Meanwhile, Lamar recently went platinum with his debut studio album Good Kid, MAAD City. Watch this doc beneath:
