MIA threatens to leak own album Matangi

Taking her lead from Miley Cyrus, who made a likewise remark recently, politico-popper MIA is threatening her label over the delay of her upcoming new album.
Clearly disgruntled about how long upcoming effort Matangi is taking to surface, the singer seems to pin the blame on U.S imprint, Interscope.
MIA vented her frustrations and posted the following messages to Twitter yesterday:
If interscope takes longer i can always leak this next week and make a new one by the time they are ready.

Matangi is expected later this year. Or perhaps sooner, maybe.
