Miley Cyrus threatens to leak own album
Despite still being only 20 years of age, teen actress-come-popstar Miley Cyrus is prepping her fourth studio album for release later this year. But it seems like she can’t wait until then, saying in a recent interview that she’s increasingly inclined to post the record for free online.
“We could just leak it. That’s what I’m always trying to do,” Cyrus told 4Music. ”I scare my label all the time, because I just want my whole record out right now. I’m ready for people to hear it.”
The yet-to-be-named LP is the successor to the singer’s 2010 effort Can’t Be Tamed and follows on from her recent left-field single ‘We Can’t Stop’. She keeping tight-lipped on what to expect on the release however.
“I’m keeping some of the collabs on the down low. That’s what was so surprising when ‘We Can’t Stop’ came out – people weren’t ready for it, so I want it to be like that.”
