Birmingham quartet Peace are re-releasing ‘Follow Baby’, the track which declared their intentions to conquer the world one gigantic guitar riff at a time. The original video featured all the cavorting, semi-clad beautiful people favoured by so many modern indie acts while these new visuals focus solely on the destructive side of the band as they set about wrecking a moving living room set.
It’s a classic rock video in the same vein as Blur’s ‘Song 2’ and one you can tell the Brummie outfit have been eagerly awaiting the chance to make: no cymbal, stool, picture frame or lamp is spared, all in the name of good ‘ol British rock ‘n’ roll.
‘Follow Baby’ is out 24 March with their full length debut In Love set to arrive the next day. You can catch Peace destroying a venue near you at one of the dates listed on their mammoth UK tour below:
