Crash and The Coots follow the smile-inducing silliness of ‘Emily (hehe)‘ with more homemade fun and games. Priding themselves on proper bedroom production, instrumental experimentation and the childhood influences of Michael Jackson and Dylan (queue ‘questionable harmonica playing’) the three-piece reside in a saturated yellow photo booth for this brilliantly juvenile video.
‘Bottle Rhythm’ is the first track from their upcoming Hill Rise EP, out 25th March on Once Upon A Time, and with the bundling together of nose-flicking, face slapping and genuine laughter, the visual is as simple and fun as the track itself – a perfect piece of indie-pop.
