Watch: Charlie Boyer and The Voyeurs – Feathers and Tar [Best Fit Premiere]
Earlier this week, London outfit Charlie Boyer and The Voyeurs announced they will release their debut album, Clarietta, on 20 May through Heavenly Recordings. And rounding off an exciting week for the stylish five-piece; Best Fit is delighted to bring you the splendidly DIY video for ‘Feathers and Tar’, B-side to forthcoming single, ‘Things We Be’.
Filmed by drummer Samir Eskanda as the band embarked on their TOY support tour last October, the lo-fo video documents their travels around the UK taking in vast expanses of motorway, iconic landmarks and of course, their spectacularly louche performances. Set to a soundtrack of angular guitarwork, prickly drum rolls and Charlie’s indelible coos; the piece provides an endearing peek into life as part of one of Britain’s most promising new bands.
