Meet Rohypnotise, the alias of the impressively named (and by the looks of the video above, impeccably dressed) Lucola Bang who today debut’s his upcoming single ‘Fade To Grey’, released via NYC based indie Straight to the Sun.
Bang’s wispy vocals ease themselves around a reverb soaked backing; shuffling hi-hat and dusty old analog synths adding a light smattering of funk to the dreampop canvas. For the record, there’s also a bit in the middle section that reminds us of the little girl from Poltergeist when she gets trapped in the TV.
