Following a triumphant few years (including a momentous involvement with Jack White), Katherine Blamire and Jessica Davies have developed their sound into a darker place and their Best Fit Session showcases their folkier side. ‘Awake’ is tinged with the brooding, prettiness that Blamire and Davies do so well.
