Watch RDGLDGRN in session for Best Fit
Washington DC trio RDGLDGRN (pronounced Red Gold Green) fuse garage rock with a laid back indie take on DC’s own go-go sound – evident in both the the band’s music as well as the call-and-response of their live shows.
The band’s short life has seen them hook up with Dave Grohl (who drums on their debut album) and Pharrell Williams, who produced and co-wrote the track ‘Doing the Most’, from their debut EP. The Best Fit sessions team met up with the charismatic threesome earlier this month at Brighton’s Great Escape festival and you can watch the film we made (of the band’s best known track ‘I Love Lamp’) above.
RDGLDGRN’s new single ‘Million Fans’ is out now and their debut longplayer drops in the summer.
