The Line of Best Fit
Canadian Mo Kenney's made a name for herself with a gutsy take on the M.O. of a roots singer/songwriter: she's lyrically sharp and musically fearless.
There's a new single out ahead of her next record and you can listen to "On The Roof" right now over on her Soundcloud while The Details - a 14-song concept album - follows next year.
"The album starts off kind of hopeless and gets progressively more optimistic," says Kenney. "This album is the details of coming out the other side.”
Kenney plays shows in early February across the UK but you can watch a session we cut with her earlier this year at Brighton's The Great Escape festival above.
Kenney's tour kicks off in Inverness on 3 February, ending in Exeter on 10 February. Find out more.
