You might remember Jordan Klassen from his outstanding cover of Haim’s “Falling” last year and the British Columbia-born musician was one of the highlights at this year’s Great Escape Festival in Brighton.
Klassen combines a frenetic, crafted approach to songwriting with a knack for melody and a powerful vocal to create a take on the folk sound that’s beyond contemporary.
Love-lorn but passionate at the core, he cut the rousing “No Salesman” for us during a spare moment at The Great Escape last month.
