Watch Hilary Hahn & Hauschka in session

Düsseldorf-based experimental composer and musician Hauschka recently hooked up with Grammy-award winning American violin prodigy Hilary Hahn after being introduced by Tom Brosseu.
The resulting record - Silfra - came from improvisations between the pair and was recorded in Iceland. We spoke to Hauschka earlier this month and met up with him and Hahn a few days later to record a Best Fit session, which you can watch above.
Silfra is available now through Decca. Hauschka has also just released a remix version of his album Salon Des Amateurs through Fat Cat.
