Watch Darlia in session performing "Pandemonium"
Northern three-piece Darlia have cut a fine figure channeling a sound somewhere between the same sort of slick grunge Hole and Alice in Chains did so well and a wholly British rock dynamic that recalls the New Wave of New Wave.
Obscure references aside, we met the Blackpool band’s frontman Nathan Day at last month’s Great Escape festival in Brighton for a performance of “Pandemonium”, the B-side from their upcoming July single “Dear Diary”; watch above.
