Aurora Aksnes started writing songs aged ten and barely a decade later she's a UK household name thanks to her curveball cover of Oasis' "Half A World Away" on some TV Ad you might have seen.
In between all that she signed to Glassnote and performed at the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony. Capping off an amazing year for the 19-year old Norwegian was an incredible performance at Iceland Airwaves music festival. An hour before she took to the stage, Aurora cut a captivating take of "Murder Song (1,2,3,4,5)" for the Best Fit cameras. It's as affecting and intense as you'd expect.
Aurora's debut album All My Demons Greeting Me as a Friend is released in March via Glassnote. Iceland Airwaves 2016 runs from 2-6 November and tickets are on sale now.
