Tuesday night saw Serenades play their debut UK show at one of East London’s best (and friendliest) new music venues, the Electricity Showrooms. Supported by London’s very own Babeshadow, the Swedish two-piece – made up of Adam Olenius (of Shout Out Louds) and Markus Krunegård (of Laakso) – delivered a powerful, blissful, and super-tight set. Tracks from their recent EP Come Home were among the highlights, while material that is yet to be released outside of Scandinavia hinted at even better things to come.
Serenades’ international debut EP Come Home is available on iTunes now.
