Best Fit's Analog Portrait Project

Photography by
Victor Lundmark
Our Swedish photographer in residence, Victor Lundmark went on a six month analog photo assignment capturing brilliant artists in his home city of Stockholm and the end result is stunning. He explains “Some sentences you will only write once; I wanted to learn how my analog camera worked, so I contacted Yung Lean to get the ball rolling. Now it’s six months later and I have had the chance to practice my portrait photographing skills together with some Best Fit favorites, some personal favorites and some great artists in general. This is the result. I am still not quite sure how to handle the camera though.” Victor used a Seagull 4A-109 analog twin lens reflex camera with medium format film (Ilford ISO 100 and 400).
