Willow Kayne unveils new track "Rat Race"
Willow Kayne has released new song "Rat Race", which she says was written when she was "going through a little crisis".
Following her July outing "White City", Willow Kayne has shared another new track titled "Rat Race", which she explains was written when she was "going through a little crisis; the music business sometimes makes me feel like I am a lottery ticket among millions of others."
She adds, "To sum it up briefly, it's about the moment when you ask yourself "Am I doing this right? Or better yet, what AM I doing?" Nice little existential crisis this one."
In February Kayne released her debut EP Playground Antics, and she followed it up with "Final Notice" in May.
Willow Kayne's "Rat Race" track is out now. She'll play London's XOYO on 29 September. Visit willowkayne.com for tickets.
