Watch Dylan Conrique cover Backstreet Boys live in session for Best Fit
LA-based singer/songwriter Dylan Conrique covers the Backstreet Boys classic "I Want It That Way" live in session exclusively for The Line of Best Fit in partnership with Crouch End Studios.
Speaking to Best Fit about her choice of cover, Dylan Conrique says, "So it's in my shows that I've been doing - I did an LA show, New York show and two London shows - and I was wanting perform a cover but I wasn't sure what exactly it was. Over time I was just like 'what is an iconic song that everyone and their parents will know?' and Backstreet Boys just came up, and I tried it out and it worked."
She adds, "Me and my friends always listen to this song in the car so I just thought it was the perfect song to sing because it’s so iconic, and overall I just love performing it."
Conrique’s latest single "i miss you (skin to skin)" (which she worked on with Max Martin) arrived in June. She's yet to follow up her 2020 debut EP Baby Blue. In September she'll join Mimi Webb on her North American tour.
