Watch Ailsa Tully cover The Beach Boys live in session for Best Fit
Welsh singer/songwriter Ailsa Tully performs a cover of The Beach Boys' 1965 track "I'm So Young" live in session exclusively for The Line of Best Fit in partnership with Crouch End Studios.
"I first heard the Beach Boys when I was six and I was skiving off school pretending to be ill," Tully tells Best Fit. "As a distraction from my terrible illness, my dad played me some of their albums and I've loved them ever since. This summer a lot of people in my life got engaged, so the song felt pretty apt!"
Tully's latest single "Mothering" arrived in April, and she's yet to follow up her 2021 EP Holy Isle. She'll play London's Paper Dress Vintage on 28 February 2023. Visit dice.fm for tickets.
