Vampire Weekend have unveiled “Classical,” as the latest advance offering from their forthcoming fifth studio album, Only God Was Above Us.
The song is accompanied by a brand new video directed by longtime creative director Nick Harwood and features Vampire Weekend performing along with Ariel Rechtshaid, and Ray Suen, with very special guest Josh Goldsmith: the band’s drum tech who clearly missed his calling.
“Classical" follows recently released Only God Was Above Us previews, “Gen-X Cops” and “Capricorn".
Only God Was Above Us is set for release on 5 April via Columbia Records, and is available to pre-order now.
