Turnstile drop surprise EP in collaboration with BADBADNOTGOOD
Baltimore punk band Turnstile and Toronto alt-jazz ensemble BADBADNOTGOOD have released New Heart Designs.
The collaborative three-song EP sees the two groups teaming up to reimagine songs from Turnstile’s celebrated 2021 album, GLOW ON.
The band have also shared the companion EP video for the newly reworked versions of "MYSTERY", "ALIEN LOVE CALL" featuring Blood Orange), and "UNDERWATER BOI", which was filmed and edited by Alex Henery.
Recorded with producer Mike Elizondo and co-produced by vocalist Brendan Yates, GLOW ON staked its claim as one of 2021’s top releases and earned the band their first ever GRAMMY nominations for Best Rock Song and Best Rock Performance for "HOLIDAY" as well as Best Metal Performance for "BLACKOUT".
