Tove Lo releases Dirt Femme (Extended Cut) alongside the single "Elevator Eyes"
Tove Lo today brings her Dirt Femme era to a close with a 19-track deluxe version of the album.
Dirt Femme (Extended Cut) features all 13 original album tracks, plus the recently released singles "I like u" and "Borderline" – which was co-written with Dua Lipa – remixes by Jacques Greene, Jax Jones and Dorian Electra as well as a brand-new song,"Elevator Eyes", which serves as the album focus track.
“The rich and bored LA bitch for the final Dirt Femme scene. "Elevator Eyes" was one of the first songs written for this era, with one of my fav Kiwis, Joel Little. It’s about summer crushes without a future. I always wanted this song to be part of Dirt Femme, and now it is," Tove Lo says.
With the release of Dirt Femme (Extended Cut), Tove officially brings this chapter to a close, delivering a heartfelt message to her fans, “My independent baby, now complete. My beautiful fans, thank you endlessly for all your love, hype and support in this era. You always show up for me, and this time I’ve felt it more than ever. It means the world to me. I hope you’ve had the time of your lives dancing, crying, fucking and feeling to these songs. That they have provided some relief during hard times and enhanced the good times. I hope they continue to be a part of your lives.”
