Tim Hecker announces new album with lead outing "Lotus Light"

Tim Hecker has shared news of his forthcoming album No Highs, and has released the eight-and-a-half-minute track "Lotus Light" as the lead single.
"Lotus Light" is the first taster of Hecker's No Highs album, and arrives alongside another new Hecker track titled "Orgy", which is lifted from Brandon Cronenberg's Infinity Pool film soundtrack that's out in full tomorrow (27 January).
No Highs will be Hecker's first studio album since 2019's Anoyo, and will follow 2021's score for The North Water.

"Lotus Light" is out now. Tim Hecker's No Highs album will be released on 7 April on Kranky, and is available to pre-order now.
