The Knife's Olof Dreijer announces forthcoming solo EP, Coral
The Knife's Olof Dreijer has announced the next step in his adventures as a solo producer, with the forthcoming EP, Coral, and its title track.
Marking his new label home, Dreijer is set to release Coral via AD93 who are home to Surusinghe, hoodie x James K, Valentina Magaletti and Zongamin's V/Z, TSVI's Anunaku, Minor Science, and many more. The forthcoming EP follows last year's, Rosa Rugosa.
Olof has been pushing the borders of electronic music for two decades, as part of The Knife. At the turn of 2010, Olof started working under the secret pseudonym, Oni Ayhun, to release music that explored more experimental directions and to play with gender; performing at Berlin’s Panorama Bar, Tokyo’s Liquid Rooms, London’s Corsica Studios, and Italy’s Club2Club festival. In 2023, Olof co-founded Bamba Club, a local Stockholm club night.
Coral is set for release on 6 March via AD93.
