The Embassy have announced an intimate show at The Social in London
Fredrik Lindson and Torbjörn Håkansson – AKA Swedish pop duo The Embassy – have announced a special intimate gig at The Social in London on 2 May.
To coincide with the announcement of their forthcoming intimate headline show in London, The Embassy have also shared that they will be reissuing their first two albums. The Swedish pioneers released their debut, Futile Crimes, in 2002, which led to the birth of bands such as Studio, The Tough Alliance and Air France following. This was quickly followed up by 2005's Tacking. Instead of exploiting the momentum, The Embassy kept cool for eight years, releasing Sweet Sensation in 2013.
Last year, they released their first studio album in five years, E-Numbers, alongside the lead track, "Amnesia". This full-length release followed on from the 2018's White Lake.
Tickets are on sale at 10am on Friday 19 January. Visit dice.fm for more information. To purchase the reissued albums, visit bigcartel.com and dream-on.se.
