Tennis unveil new single "Let's Make a Mistake Tonight"
Tennis have shared a second preview of their sixth album POLLEN titled "Let's Make a Mistake Tonight".
After announcing POLLEN with the lead outing "One Night with the Valet" in November last year, Tennis have kicked off 2023 with another preview of their sixth full-length titled "Let's Make a Mistake Tonight", which lands with a self-directed video.
Tennis' Alaina Moore says, ""Let’s Make a Mistake Tonight" is all hubris, attitude, and wish fulfilment. I’m turning water into wine. I’m reshaping my reality through projection or denial. While tracking with Patrick I kept envisioning the same scene: I’m in the passenger’s seat. Patrick drives with one hand on the wheel and one on my thigh. This song plays us out."
POLLEN will follow Tennis' 2020 album SWIMMER.
"Let's Make a Mistake Tonight" is out now. Tennis' POLLEN album will arrive on 10 February through their own Mutually Detrimental label, and is available to pre-order now.
