Taylor Swift thanks crowd of 50,000 who gathered outside The Eras Tour stop in Munich
Over the weekend, Taylor Swift brought The Eras Tour to Munich's Olympic Stadium.
“We are lucky enough to get to play this show for 74,000 beautiful people in this stadium, and if the reports are correct, about 50,000 beautiful people outside the stadium,” Swift said in a speech during Sunday night’s show.
“Thank you for coming to the Eras Tour, whether you’re in the stadium or outside of the stadium,” Swift continued. “We are so lucky to be here with you. And this is actually a really special night, because this is our last show in Germany. I cannot express to you how wonderful the German crowds have been to us over the last few weeks. We are so sad to be leaving you but we will be back, we will be back to see you.”

Olympic Hil, where fans gathered to be a part of the show, has one of the highest elevations in the city. Footage of the event went viral online, this weekend. Someone captured a photo of people sat on the hill, with the caption: "Munich’s new attraction - Olympiaberg made out of humans. Taylor Swift is in the town. :)"
Swift continues on Eras Tour with three shows in Warsaw, Poland this week before she heads to Vienna, and closes European leg with five more shows in London.
London's Victoria & Albert Museum recently announced its upcoming exhibition of objects from Taylor Swift's personal archive.
