Taken By Trees announces mini-album of Colin Blunstone covers with version of "Say You Don’t Mind"
Taken By Trees has announced a mini-album of Colin Blunstone covers titled Another Year, and has unveiled her version of "Say You Don’t Mind" to accompany the news.
"Say You Don't Mind" is one of five Blunstone covers that will feature on Taken By Trees' Another Year mini-album, and includes backing vocals from Frida Hyvönen.
Another Year celebrates the music of Blunstone, and also arrives just over 50 years on from his 1971 debut solo album One Year.
Blunstone says of Taken By Trees' mini-album, "It’s really exciting to see these songs brought back to life 50 years later with such unique interpretations. Victoria Bergsman's instantly recognisable vocals add such a melancholy and contemporary edge."

"Say You Don't Mind" is out now. Taken By Trees' Another Year mini-album will be released on 9 December via Rough Trade Records, and is available to pre-order now.
