Suki Waterhouse covers Taylor Swift's "Lover" at Austin City Limits festival
Performing on the first weekend of Austin City Limit, actress and singer/songwriter Suki Waterhouse sang a medley which included a cover of Taylor Swift's song "Lover".
Performing a 12-song set which included the likes of "Neon Signs", "The Devil I Know", and "Johanna", Waterhouse's penultimate song was a medley which included her own song, "Brutally", Mazzy Star's "Fade Into You", and the aforementioned Swift song, "Lover", which features on Swift's 2019 studio album of the same name.
Waterhouse and Swift have been friends for a number of years, and have been vocal in the past about their love for each other. Speaking to Ssence Swift said: "When we hang out, I often come away wondering how someone can be simultaneously spontaneous and free - and also preternaturally wise. She is the wildest person I know who I would also trust to keep any secret."
Speaking of her friend's music, she added: "Suki has always seemed like she stepped out of a time machine. Her music is so raw and hopelessly romantic because that's how she moves through the world."
Suki Waterhouse recently teamed up with Local Natives for a remix of their track, "NYE".
