Stefflon Don celebrates her Jamaican heritage with new Spice collaboration "Clockwork"
Stefflon Don has teamed up with Spice on new single "Clockwork", which she says is a "celebration of my Jamaican heritage."
"Clockwork" is Stefflon Don's first new material since June's "Sweet Bounce" single with DJ Frass, and sees her unite with Jamaica's Spice.
Stefflon Don says of the Beam-produced single, "This track is a celebration of my Jamaican heritage and I wanted to make sure that shone through in all its elements. From the outfits I designed for the video to collaborating with the Queen of Dancehall herself, Spice. It’s a song made for Carnival; to dance to, drink to and party to. I can’t wait to hear it around London on the sound systems it was made for."
A press release states that "Clockwork" is also the first taster of Stefflon Don's debut album Island 54.
"Clockwork" featuring Spice is out now on Stefflon Don's label 54 London. She's yet to share a release date for her debut album Island 54.
