Sophie May shares final EP teaser, "Just Want You"
London's Sophie May has shared her new single "Just Want You", as the final teaser of her new EP, Deep Sea Creatures.
Speaking about the single, Sophie May says: “‘Just Want You’ was my attempt at capturing the overwhelming feeling of being truly in love with someone. I often find myself feeling bombarded by the never-ending life lessons that are thrown at me. I go through waves of feeling helpless after staring at my phone too long, watching the news and the state of the world. In those moments of vulnerability, I always seem to long for the one person that makes it all feel okay, and wanting nothing else but them.”
Deep Sea Creatures is produced by Chloe Kraemer (The Japanese House, Wet Leg etc) and Matt Maltese, and is the follow up to Sophie’s acclaimed second EP Worst Thoughts In The World released last year.
Deep Sea Creatures is set for release on 26 July via Sound On.
