Sigur Rós to livestream Reykjavík show later this week
Sigur Rós have announced that they'll be livestreaming this Friday's (25 November) show at Reykjavík's Laugardalshöllin, which is the final date on their 2022 world tour.
This Friday (25 November) Sigur Rós' 2022 world tour will come a close at Reykjavík's Laugardalshöllin, and to celebrate the occasion, the band have announced that they'll be livestreaming the show through Veeps.
The show will also see Sigur Rós joined by string quartet Amiina, and horn section Brassgat í Bala, marking the first time in 14 years that they've played with Sigur Rós.
Last month Sigur Rós released the digital 20th anniversary version of ( ). Next year the band are due to release their first album since 2013's Kveikur.
Tickets for Sigur Rós' Reykjavík show livestream this Friday (25 November) are on sale now. Viewers will also have access to the concert livestream for 48 hours after the broadcast.
