Sad dads of South London rejoice - The National are playing Crystal Palace next summer
The National have announced a huge open-air show for next summer at Crystal Palace Park, taking place on 5 July 2024.
The much-loved five-piece will also be joined by special guests Unknown Mortal Orchestra as well as Kevin Morby and This Is The Kit.
Speaking of the forthcoming show, The National said: “We’re excited to be returning to London next summer, a city we’ve always loved. Crystal Palace is a new neighbourhood to us, although not to the football fans in the band.”
The National have announced additional shows to their forthcoming EU/UK tour including Rome, Paris, Vienna, Cardiff, Manchester and Edinburgh.
Earlier this year The National released their new record First Two Pages of Frankenstein, which was swiftly followed five months later by the surprise release of the follow-up album, Laugh Track, in September.
Tickets go on general sale at 10am GMT on Friday 17 November via ticketmaster.co.uk.
