Rosie Lowe unveils Pearson Sound remix of "Something"
Rosie Lowe has joined forces with producer Pearson Sound on a remix of "Something" which features on her recently released album, Lover, Other.
"I’m a huge fan of Pearson Sounds music and he happened to have mixed the whole of my album ‘Lover, Other’ so it felt like an exciting prospect to let him re-interpret ‘Something’, as someone who had spent a lot of time with the music. He put his own spin on the song & treated the parts with such love & understanding. I adore what he came back with," Rosie Lowe explains.
"‘Something’ was the first track I mixed on Rosie’s album. As soon as I heard it I knew I wanted to find a way to fit it into my DJ sets, so when Rosie asked if I wanted to remix it, I jumped at the chance. I’ve really enjoyed playing it out the last few months, especially at the end of the night when the house lights are fading up, and glimpses of sunrise shimmer through onto a hazey dancefloor," Pearson Sound adds.
The remix of "Something" is out now.
