Róisín Murphy shares the brand new single "You Knew”
"You Knew" is the latest single taken from Róisín Murphy's forthcoming album, Hit Parade.
Murphy also shares two club ready remixes of the track, from PAYFONE and Eli Escobar, alongside the announcement of a Boiler Room stream launching shot in Paris earlier this year.
“You Knew” is the fourth single to be shared from the forthcoming record, which is produced by electronic music auteur DJ Koze, following on from "CooCool", "The Universe", and "Fader".
“"You Knew" is the story of my life. I’m an open book, I put myself on the line and I make my motivations obvious," says Murphy. Many times, I have bravely loved and not been loved in return, and I'm proud of that. That phrase “You Knew” just sums it all up, in fact you could put it on my headstone, except I’ve already decided it’ll say.. You Had Your Chance!”
"You Knew" is out now. Róisín Murphy's forthcoming album, Hit Parade, arrives on 8 September via Ninja Tune, and is available to pre-order now.
