Reneé Rapp links up with Megan Thee Stallion on "Not My Fault"
Multi-hyphenate artist Reneé Rapp has shared the brand new single “Not My Fault” which features Grammy award-winning artist Megan Thee Stallion.
The track serves as the first official single from official soundtrack for Paramount’s upcoming MEAN GIRLS movie, where Rapp will be reprising her debut Broadway role as Regina George.
The MEAN GIRLS soundtrack will feature songs from a number of the movie’s stars including Rapp as Regina George, Angourie Rice as Cady Heron, Auli’i Cravalho as Janis ‘Imi’ike, Avantika as Karen Shetty, and more. The first teaser from the film was shown during the Taylor Swift concert film earlier this year.
Rapp recently released the deluxe version of her debut album, Snow Angel, featuring four new songs including a remix of standout track “Tummy Hurts” featuring Coco Jones.
Megan Thee Stallion recently released “Out Alpha the Alpha", as her latest single which appears on the soundtrack of the new A24 film Dicks: The Musical. Originally titled Fucking Identical Twins, the forthcoming musical is said to be a take on The Parent Trap.
The MEAN GIRLS soundtrack is set for release on Friday, 12 January alongside the film’s premiere.
