Public Image Ltd. dedicate upcoming album to John Lydon's late wife
Nora Forster sadly passed away on 5 April after battling with dementia.
On 6 April, just five hours after Public Image Ltd. announced that they would be releasing a new single today (11 April), the band had to make the heartbreaking statement that John Lydon's wife of almost five decades had passed away. They also added that they'd like everyone to "please respect John's grief and allow him space."
Earlier this year, PiL released "Hawaii", which the band say was a love letter to Forster, and the most personal piece of songwriting and accompanying artwork that John Lydon has ever shared.
Rest in Peace Nora Forster
