Pixies have released new song "Dregs of the Wine" as the third preview of their upcoming album Doggerel.
"Dregs of the Wine" will appear on the group's Doggerel album alongside "Vault of Heaven" and "There's A Moon On", and Black Francis says the track is about "living in Los Angeles in the '90s with my then-wife, hanging out with Joey and his ex-wife, lots of trips to Las Vegas, a lot of drinking, little bit drug taking, some genuine good times."
Doggerel will follow Pixies' 2019 album Beneath The Eyrie.
"Dregs of the Wine" is out now. Pixies' Doggerel album will land on 30 September, and is available to pre-order now.
