Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs announce new album Land Of Sleeper

After sharing a live performance video of "Terror's Pillow" last month, Pigs x7 have delivered "Mr Medicine", the first official outing from their forthcoming album Land Of Sleeper.

According to guitarist and producer Sam Grant, the new release is a "song written to be a sonic arrow, purposefully succinct with no fat and no detours."

Lead vocalist Matt Baty adds, "Music is a powerful medicine and it should be consumed daily for mental wellbeing. "Mr Medicine"'s faithful and highly regarded colleague is Doctor Gig, who we also have on speed dial. Lyrically I suppose the sentiment is not too dissimilar to Sister Sledge "Lost In Music", only galvanised by heavy, heavy doses of distortion and really big drum fills."

Land Of Sleeper will follow their 2020 album Viscerals, and will feature contributions from Bonnacons Of Doom vocalist Kate Smith, Richard Dawson and Sally Pilikington, and Cath Tyler.
