People think Flea just confirmed Red Hot Chili Peppers for the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury 2023
People believe Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea just teased the band's possible appearance at this year's Glastonbury Festival.
In recent weeks rumours have been heating up about the 2023 Glastonbury line-up, and after Guns N' Roses' Duff McKagan said on a radio show that "Glastonbury's gonna be iconic for us," people think Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea is teasing their own involvement with this year's festival.
Last week Flea responded to Radiohead and Glastonbury Festival artist Stanley Donwood, who shared a sketch of Glastonbury's Pyramid Stage. Flea only wrote "Yes" in response, and he may just be excited about Donwood's work for this year's festival, but fans believe otherwise. One user wrote, "RHCP self confirm..?" Another added, "Is this a tease of some festival headline slot soon Flea???"

Looking at Red Hot Chili Peppers' tour dates for this summer, there is a gap between their Warsaw show on 21 June with Iggy Pop and their Tinderbox Festival performance on 24 June. The band also have a day off on 25 June, the final day of Glastonbury 2023.
So far Elton John is the only act to be confirmed for Glastonbury 2023.
Glastonbury 2023 takes place from 21-25 June at Worthy Farm.
