Patti Smith, Corinne Bailey Rae and The Big Moon to play Somerset House Summer Series
Somerset House Summer Series with American Express has returned with its lineup for 2024, including the likes of Patti Smith, Corinne Bailey Rae and The Big Moon.
This year’s programme celebrates another trailblazing line-up, with empathic and disarming R&B rising star Pip Millett opening the series on 11 July, whilst Corinne Bailey Rae returns for a third appearance at Summer Series following stand-out shows in 2006 and 2010. Other artists include The Amazons, Hania Rani, The Big Moon, Hak Baker, and Smino.
Summer Series is set to close proceedings in style with a notable show from the legendary ‘punk poet laureate’ Patti Smith and her backing band, Patti Smith Quartet on 21 July.
Somerset House Summer Sessions runs from 11-21 July. General on sale opens at 10am on Tuesday 19 March via somersethouse.org.uk.
