Paramore unveil "Sanity" remix by Jack Antonoff
Paramore have unveiled a new version of their demo, "Sanity" which has been remixed by Bleachers frontman and Grammy Award-winning producer Jack Antonoff.
"Sanity" originally featured on Paramore's latest album, Re: This Is Why, which featured a series of reimagined versions of songs from their sixth studio album, This Is Why. Upon its release, Hayley Williams revealed that the track was an unreleased demo which was recorded during the sessions for their fifth studio album, 2017's After Laughter.
In January, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Paramore registered a new version of the track on the British music copyright collective PPL (Phonographic Performance Limited), with Antonoff's name next to it.
The timing of the new release conveniently lands ahead of the 2024 Record Store Day drop. Paramore are this year's ambassadors, which leaves fans speculating that there may be an exclusive release on the way, or a physical release of Re: This Is Why.
