Olivia Rodrigo presents new release, “Can’t Catch Me Now”
"Can't Catch Me Now" is Olivia Rodrigo's contribution to soundtrack of the forthcoming film, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.
Hot on the heels of the release of her second studio album, GUTS, Olivia Rodrigo has shared her new song “Can’t Catch Me Now”. The track appears on the soundtrack for the upcoming film The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.
Announcing the collaboration, she wrote: “soooo beyond excited that I got the opportunity to write a song for The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.”
The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes also features new music from Rachel Zegler, Molly Tuttle, Billy Strings, Sierra Ferrell, Flatland Cavalry, Bella White, and Charles Wesley Godwin. The rest of the soundtrack will be released alongside the film.
Previous soundtracks include music by Taylor Swift, Lorde, Coldplay, Bat for Lashes, HAIM, Charli XCX, CHVRCHES, The National, The Weeknd, and Patti Smith.
The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes is set for release on 17 November.
