Olivia Rodrigo announces new single "Bad Idea Right?"

A week after sharing the track list to her forthcoming album, GUTS, Olivia Rodrigo announces the second single.
Earlier this year, Olivia Rodrigo announced the follow-up to her 2021 debut, SOUR. The announcement was quickly followed by lead single, "vampire". Today she returns with news of a follow-up single, "Bad Idea Right?".
Rodrigo also sent out an email to fans, writing that she’s “so stoked” to share the track with them. “The song is pretty different from vampire & shows another side of GUTS that’s a little more fun & playful,” she added. “cannot wait to share it with you alllllll. love to ya always!”
"Bad Idea Right?" is scheduled for release on 11 August.
