
Noname announces new album Sundial
Noname returns with news that she will be releasing her new album Sundial – the follow-up to her second album Room 25 which was released in 2018.
Noname announced an album called Factory Baby in 2021, but later scrapped the project after revealing she had trouble finding producers “to link up with and who I genuinely connect with sonically", admitting that she wasn't sure if she would make music again.
On Sunday evening (9 April), she announced that her forthcoming album Sundial will be released in the summer.
The album is the follow-up to 2018’s Room 25. Since the release of Room 25, Noname put out “Rainforest” – which was originally destined for Factory Baby and “Song 33”, which served as a response track to J Cole’s “Snow On Tha Bluff", and was produced by Madlib.
Sundial will arrive in July.
