No Rome unveils the brand new single, "Deep Diving"
The track received its premiere yesterday evening from Zane Lowe on Apple Music.
"Deep Diving" is the new single from No Rome and the second to be revealed from his forthcoming mixtape Blueboy Must Die.
“"Deep Diving" was one of the first songs I worked on Blueboy Must Die with Kurisu. For a song that meant going into a deep dive where you’re figuring everything out along the way, I wanted to do this whole adventurous/no-rules style production where every part of the song had a different element to it and have it all tie together," No Rome explains.
"Deep Diving" follows on from the previous single, "Brother", which was the first new music from No Rome since the release of his debut album It’s All Smiles in 2021.
The single and EP find No Rome working with producer Kurisu, resulting in his most eclectic and yet cohesive body of work to date, with influences ranging from UK Garage, through to Mort Garson’s cult classic Plantasia.
"Deep Diving" is out now. No Rome's mixtape, Blueboy Must Die, arrives on 8 September via Dirty Hit.
