Mint Field share a second taster of their forthcoming album on "Orquídea"
Mint Field release the second single from their forthcoming album, Aprender a Ser.
Mexico City based psych band Mint Field, made up of vocalist/guitarist Estrella del Sol and bassist Sebastian Neyra with drum collaborations from Callum Brown, share the new single, "Orquídea" which follows on from the previous release, "El Suspiro Cambia Todo".
On the track, the band said “Treasure, longing for the moment of seeing an orchid grow full size. Orchids are on the most delicate flowers and most difficult to take care of. Watching when an orchid opens is a beautiful gift.”
Speaking of the accompanying video, directors Rebeca Becerra Cusi and Sabrina Mercado Ocampo explained, "We wanted to get closer to the beauty of the ephemeral, like the life of a flower. Love, spaces, people, have an end, and when they're gone, they take us with it."
Aprender a Ser is set for release on 27 October via felte, and is available to pre-order now.
