Miley Cyrus to celebrate 14th anniversary of "The Climb" with new Backyard Sessions special on Disney+
Miley Cyrus has announced a new Backyard Sessions special on Disney+ arriving later this week, and it'll feature a special performance of "The Climb" to celebrate the song's 14th anniversary.
This Friday, 10 March Cyrus will release her new album Endless Summer Vacation, and over the weekend she announced that she'll mark the release with a new edition of her Backyard Sessions performance, which will be streaming on Disney+ this Friday.
Yesterday, Cyrus also revealed that the Disney+ special will see her perform "The Climb" to celebrate the song's 14th anniversary, which was yesterday (5 March).
Last Friday, 3 March, Cyrus unveiled the demo version of her chart-topping single "Flowers".
Endless Summer Vacation will follow 2020's Plastic Hearts, and was recorded the album in LA with Kid Harpoon, Greg Kurstin, Mike WiLL Made-It and Tyler Johnson. Cyrus describes the album as her love letter to LA. It'll feature collaborations with Brandi Carlile and Sia.
Miley Cyrus' Endless Summer Vacation will arrive this Friday, 10 March, and is available to pre-order now. Her new Backyard Sessions performance will be available to stream via Disney+ on the same day.
