Miley Cyrus teases 2023 return: "New year new Miley"
Miley Cyrus has teased her return in 2023 with various billboards in cities around the world that read: "New year new Miley".
Ahead of hosting her annual New Year's Eve Party on NBC, fans have spotted new billboards in LA, New York, Leuven (Belgium), Spain and more that are teasing her 2023 return.
As well as featuring multiple images of Cyrus' lower body, the billboards read: "New year new Miley".

Cyrus hasn't released new music since covering Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters" for the band's The Metallica Blacklist covers album last year.
Her latest album Plastic Hearts arrived in November 2020.
Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party takes place on 31 December from 10:30pm PT on NBC.
