Max Richter announces show to commemorate 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Studio Richter Mahr has announced a special charity event commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights taking place at the London Coliseum.
The show will see Max Richter performing VOICES, his piece which incorporates the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, alongside pieces from Free & Equal Vol.2.
Following the success of Free & Equal Vol. 1, Studio Richter Mahr will release Free & Equal Vol. 2, marking Human Rights Day, and raising funds for Médecins Sans Frontières.

VOICES was originally released in 2020, and both reflects on, and includes readings from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is made up of a radically reimagined ensemble dominated by the low frequencies of basses and cellos.
